Dad, Marek, and I flew to Everett, Washington to visit Dynon Avionics. Everett is where they make Boeing Aircraft, so it was quite the sight to see so many new large aircraft lined up and ready for delivery.
This blog documents my efforts to build my own plane and obtain my pilot's license.

Fuel Lines
Dad flew out for a few days to help. We got the fuel lines and the brake/rudder pedals done. Thanks Dad for your help, we got a tremendous amount done together!
Brake Lines
On to some of the more fun parts of the project - no more metal work!
Here is Stefan Melher making and installing the brake lines. Thanks for your help!

Baggage Compartment and Baggage Door
Here I am covering the baggage compartment floors and building the baggage door. This section is the last major metal work of the project and I don't believe I will miss it!
Attaching Tailcone to Fuselage
Marek enjoys taking pictures and is actually a pretty good photographer.
In this post, we are attaching the tailcone to the fuselage.
Thank you to Mike Gibbons and Daniel Rowe for their help riveting around the sides and the bottom of the airframe.
