Here are the pictures from the cabin cover installation. Most of the work was spent cutting, fitting, and filling. Thanks to my wife Zu and friend Mike Gibbons for their contributions helping clean and rivet the last of the skins.
Here is the flap extension system. I recommend buying a separate set of drill bits for the steel rods. They dulled all my good bits. I was worried about the flap positioning system, but this ended up taking all of five minutes to install.
